We ask that you arrive early to warm up.

Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm: Basic training

Thursday  7:00 – 8:30 pm: Basic training

Saturday  10:00 – 11:30 am: Weapons- Aiki Ken and Aiki Jo

Sunday    10:00 – 11:30 am: Open class

Children's classes are COMING SOON

Monthly dues is $80 and a $15 mat fee for visiting students.
